After a trip abroad as a teen, Shiori knew she wanted to see more of the world. To realize this dream, she moved from her hometown of Nagasaki to the capital city.
“I felt the energy of Tokyo,” Shiori says. “It is a city where many people gather to realize their dreams.”
That’s when she joined ANA.
As a cabin attendant, Shiori joins passengers on their journeys and connects with their experiences. She often finds herself considering the true meaning of omotenashi.
“It’s anticipating a passenger’s needs by imagining yourself in that person’s place,” she says. “Omotenashi is limitless — it will never have just one definition.”
